LINKED ASP SAFETY ALERT

Oxford EMS, in partnership with the Oxford Fire Department and Oxford Police Department, have joined with Linked Autism Safety Project to better assist our at-risk community members. 

It is recommended that a new form is submitted annually to maintain accurate records.

All completed forms are kept secure and confidential. Information will only be shared with Oxford EMS, Oxford Fire Department, and Oxford Police Department personnel during responses involving these individuals.
